What this website collects, what we do with what you send us, and how to have it removed.
Who this covers
This notice covers atlayaconsulting.com and the enquiries sent to us through it.
It does not cover the customer operations we run for clients. In that work we act on our clients' instructions and their own privacy notice applies, not this one.
What the site collects
The site carries no analytics, no advertising tags and no tracking pixels. Nothing about your visit is recorded on our side.
The only information that reaches us is what you choose to put in an email: your name, your company, your address, and whatever you tell us about your operation.
The typeface is loaded from Google
The site loads its typeface from Google Fonts. Requesting that file sends your IP address to Google, as any file request does. We never see that request or anything from it, and Google states the data is not used to build advertising profiles.
What we do with an enquiry
We read it, we reply, and we use it to prepare a plan and a budget. It is not added to a marketing list, it is not sold, and it is not passed to anyone outside the people working on your proposal.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that turn into work are kept for as long as the engagement and its legal record require. Enquiries that go nowhere are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended.
You can ask for yours to be deleted at any point and we will do it.
Your rights
Under law 09-08 on the protection of personal data you may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or object to us holding it at all. Write to contact@atlayaconsulting.com and we answer within one business day.
If our answer does not satisfy you, the CNDP is the authority that oversees personal data in Morocco.
