What the site is for

These pages describe what Atlaya Consulting does and how an engagement runs. They are written to be accurate, but they are a description rather than an offer: nothing here forms a contract.

Scope, service levels and prices exist only in a signed proposal.

Accuracy

We keep the content current and correct it when it is wrong. Descriptions of methods, platforms and sectors change as the work does, and any figure in a signed proposal takes precedence over anything written here.

Intellectual property

The text, the illustrations, the ATLAYA name and the ATLAYA mark belong to Atlaya Consulting. You may quote a short passage with a link back to the source. Reproducing a page, the artwork or the mark for any other purpose needs written permission.

The platform names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and appear only to say which tools we work with.

Availability

The site is offered as it is. We do not guarantee it will be reachable without interruption, and we may change or remove pages without notice.

Governing law

Moroccan law applies to this site and to any dispute arising from it. The courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
